Have organizations built an agile and resilient workforce strategy that endures disruption and change?
We’ve experienced several years’ worth of transformation in just a few short months. The degree of disruption has varied across geographies and industries. All organizations are seeking ways to stabilize and adopt strategies and working models that promote resiliency within their people and business operations.
Minimize risk and business impact amidst change
Change is a constant, ubiquitous force impacting all areas of people and business operations across the world. Today, organizations need to operate in a hybrid model of remote and on-site work, an environment that changes from week to week with new entrants, as well as regulations and business pressures. In the newly termed ‘never normal,’ organizations will have to find ways to navigate constant change while maintaining employee engagement, productivity and business continuity if they are to achieve agility and resiliency in the weeks, months and years to come.
To answer how organizations should address change and adapt their workforces, the Human Capital Media Research Group – the research arm of Workforce – partnered with SilkRoad Technology for the Leading Workforce Transformations survey. We asked survey respondents for their opinions on disruption and workforce transformation. The survey was conducted from December 2019 to January 2020, before the widespread impacts of the novel coronavirus pandemic. The following report highlights the results.
