Thriving in the field of Human Resources, Ms. Shilpi J Singh has worked in different sectors exploring different job roles- Business Partnering, and Strategy, Workforce arranging, AOP, Consulting Business Partners Clients n pioneers, Communication and Change the board, Performance the executives, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Organization Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership Capability Building, Data, and Analytics with 18 years of experience.
Over the years of experience, working in different fields she has vast experience and skills that she has been implementing in professional life.
The expedition of her profession took off as Executive HR with ETV and Airtel. This position had many different responsibilities packed up for her. She was a part of the team responsible for setting up operations, talent acquisition and ramp-up, employee relations, stabilizing HR practices, MIS, analytics, engagement were the key responsibility.
Moved on to join Genpact as HR Business Partner for GCC Finance & Accounting vertical accounts; she was responsible for workforce planning and ramp-up, employee engagement & talent management in addition to the entire gamut of HR practices impacting the employee life cycle.
Later, she got an opportunity to work with McKinsey. Here was appointed as site lead heading the HR functions for captive shared services business and regional consulting unit, HR annual plan, people strategy, leadership development, engagement best practices, workforce planning, Competency Mapping &, Talent Acquisition & Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development.
The journey went on giving her the opportunities of learning and exploring more in her field. The later, milestone of her career was being a part of Microsoft- lead HR Business function for Devices India Sales & Markets group. Currently, with Amdocs as Global HR Business lead for the R&D unit and hoping for more milestones to come in my career experience.
