Komal Singh has spent over 10 years in the HR discipline across multiple domain areas, with Technology & FMCG sectors primarily. Her passion lies in building strong leadership towards accelerated opportunities and proactively engaging business priorities using the HR lens for driving forward-looking strategies. As a Strategic HR Leader, she enjoys strengthening company growth plans as well as balancing that with the needs and aspirations of employees. She also has a keen interest in the Inclusion & Diversity space with a knack for intricately connecting it to business objectives.
She started her career with Nokia and was there for ~5yrs in multiple roles and cross-cultural teams, her formative years there defining the professional ethos she lives by today. She then joined Diageo as HR Business Partner and was there for 2.5yrs, anchoring sustainable and innovative solutions in partnering towards the people priorities. Thereafter, she spent 1.5yrs at Intuit as the Employee Relations Head for India & Israel where she was also responsible for conceptualizing one-of-a-kind Inclusion efforts. She then took a 2months break to travel South, Central & North America.
Over the last ~2ys at Inmobi as the Senior HR Business Partner, she has been heading HR for the APAC business teams. During this time, she has designed and overseen efforts to streamline organizational design in a truly diverse region & creating a common sense of purpose while building a strong culture of appreciation & inclusion.
In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, writing fiction, and listening to music.
