Pallavi Jain

Pallavi has over 12 years of diverse experience and strong expertise in Strategic HR roles. Her career experience includes achievements in areas of business transformation, HR Strategy, cultural integration, organization design, Talent management, Rewards, and other HR areas across high growth, complex, and matrix organizations. In her current role as Principal HR Business Partner, she influences and contributes to the development of organization people strategy and growth, design flexible workplace, provide key people insights, drive effective adoption of new HR interventions, and change management.

Pallavi has done her Masters from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and graduation in BA (Mathematics) Hons from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi. She has spent most of her schooling days in boarding from Mayo College Girls School, Ajmer.

Fun facts: She is a certified scuba diver, passionate about nutrition and have been exploring alternate dietary systems for holistic healthy living. An avid traveller who loves to research and cover offbeat destinations with memorable experiences.
