Varshini Iyer is an experienced and result-driven HR leader with a successful track record and diverse portfolio of experience across international markets and multiple industries. With 14 years of global HR experience, she has successfully integrated functional HR expertise, business acumen, and commercial objectives to deliver immediate and sustainable business outcomes.

Varshini holds a Master's Degree from Columbia University, New York in Adult Learning and Leadership and an MBA degree in Human Resources from ITM university in Mumbai.

She is a mentor and career coach to university students and HR professionals who are in transition. She also supports social causes that deal with the eradication of hunger and supports underprivileged children in their education.

In her personal time, Varshini loves to paint, hike around scenic nature trails and engage in gardening.
